Providing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teamsCoordinating individualized care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventionsCommunicating effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with patients and staffPersonalizing patient and family education based on thorough assessmentsParticipating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectivenessMaintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing programCurrent nursing license in IllinoisCPR certification from the American Heart Association
