Full Stack Developer (Remote, Contract)

About the position

INFUSE is seeking a Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end solution delivery within its PMO department. The role involves leading a cross-functional team, shaping architecture, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases. The developer will take products from rapid MVP scoping through maintainable production releases, build modern frontend components, develop scalable backend APIs and databases, integrate third-party APIs, and collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Data analysis and efficient data pipeline development are strongly preferred.\n\nThe position is remote and contract-based, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 1 PM to 9 PM EET, including a one-hour break. During summer, working hours are reduced on Fridays. Responsibilities

Drive the full product lifecycle, from rapid MVP scoping through maintainable production release.Build responsive, well-crafted frontend components using modern frameworks.Design and develop robust, scalable backend APIs and databases for long-term maintainability.Integrate and manage third-party APIs to ensure seamless, reliable data flow.Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean technical solutions.Lead a cross-functional team, shape architecture, and help ensure high-quality, on-time releases.Requirements

Mid-level or higher hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and/or Vue.Strong backend development skills, including API design and database management with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, Redis, and S3.Strong command of Python and Node.js.Experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs.Proficiency with AWS and Git, and comfort working with CI/CD pipelines.Daily practical use of AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar, with an understanding of their strengths and limitations.An architecture-focused mindset, including attention to scalable systems, clean integration points, and long-term maintainability.A startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Nice-to-haves
