Recruiter

Texana Bank is seeking a recruiter to meet branch hiring goals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role includes REMLO program recruitment and mentorship of REMLO staff, plus creating webinars and other media to support recruitment.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in business or HR, have 2+ years of recruitment experience, and be proficient with HRIS and MS Office.
